Important Notes ❐ Please cancel your booking through “My Page” by hour 17 on the day before the program. ❐ You will be notified by text message if the program must be canceled. (Based on conditions at hour 17 the day before) - If fewer than 5 people have registered - If emergency fine-dust reduction measures are issued (implemented) (PM10-151, PM2.5-76) - If the temperature is 33°C or higher or a heat wave advisory is issued, or if it is below -12°C or a cold wave advisory is issued - If rain or wind is severe enough to make activities difficult (heavy rain or heavy snow) ❐ If a reason for cancellation arises as of hour 17 the day before, a notification will be sent by text message to the mobile phone number entered when booking. Please note that you cannot receive notification messages if you opt out of mobile phone SMS messages when booking. ※ Do not select the option to opt out of mobile phone SNS messages when booking. ❐ If you need parking, use the Noeul Park parking lot. Parking fees are charged separately. ❐ For paid programs, cancellation fees apply in accordance with a partial amendment to Article 19 (Refund of Fees, etc.) of the Seoul Metropolitan Government Ordinance on Urban Parks (effective 2021.6.1).
