What is the Jewelry Play in Jongno program? Important Information [Please read carefully] “Jewelry Play in Jongno” is a hands-on program where residents and tourists create their own jewelry pieces. For smooth reservations and class operation, please check the information below. 1. Class schedule All classes last 60 minutes, with 3 sessions held each day. [Session 1]: 1:00 PM [Session 2]: 2 PM, 30 minutes [Session 3]: 4:00 PM When booking, be sure to check the date and session. 2. Reservation confirmation After applying through Seoul Public Service Reservation, complete payment of the materials fee for the relevant experience at the Naver “Jewelin Store.” Reservations are confirmed in the order that materials fee payments are completed. If the purchaser and participant are different, enter the participant's information in the order form. Example: Purchaser Hong Gil-dong / Participant Hong Gil-sun 3. Arrival and materials pickup Experience materials will be provided on site. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class begins. If you are late, you may have difficulty participating in some parts of the class. 4. Cancellation of unpaid reservations If the materials fee is not paid by 12 midnight on Wednesday, 3 days before the experience, your reservation may be canceled. To receive notification texts, please do not select the option to opt out of SMS when applying through Seoul Public Service Reservation. 5. Cancellations and refunds A 100% refund is available for cancellations made by 12 midnight on Wednesday, 3 days before the experience. After that time, materials will already have been prepared, so cancellations and refunds are not available. To cancel, cancel your reservation on the Seoul Public Service Reservation page and also cancel your materials fee payment at the Naver “Jewelin Store.” If you cancel through only one of the two platforms, your reservation or refund may not be processed correctly. If you do not attend, an experience materials kit will be provided; tools are not included. Pickup location: 3F, 41 Donhwamun-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul Pickup deadline: Within 3 months after the experience ends 6. Participant age Please check the eligible age for each program. Children age 12 or younger must be accompanied by 1 adult guardian. If only the child is participating and a guardian is accompanying them, enter the guardian as the applicant and the child's name as the user, and make a reservation for 1 person. If both the guardian and child are participating, make reservations and pay the materials fee for the total number of participants. 7. Parking There is no dedicated parking at the venue. Please use public transportation. 8. Photography Photos and videos may be taken during the class for documentation and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the on-site staff before class. 9.
