Odong Healing Forest Trail Audience Program Name Description Day Time Adults Mindful Forest Trail Walk A chance to experience the sounds and scents of nature in Odong Forest and release tension in the body and mind. A forest healing program that restores peace of mind and vitality to those tired from daily life. Monday Session 1: 10-12 Session 2: 14-16 People eligible for social support (People with disabilities, cancer survivors, and people with mild dementia) Healing Forest Together A program offering gentle forest activities and sensory experiences that naturally stimulate physical and cognitive functions while promoting emotional stability and comfort Wednesday 10-12 (Time can be adjusted) Adults (menopause) Forest Fragrance Mind Therapy A program where participants enjoy the forest's fresh air and pine-nut-tree fragrance, understand changes in their bodies and minds, assess themselves for a healthy life, and gain positive energy Thursday Session 1: 10-12 Session 2: 14-16 Groups (Adults, teenagers, and office workers) Caring for the Forest, Caring for Myself A group healing program that helps participants relieve tension and regain vitality by walking and taking part in activities together in nature Friday Session 1: 10-12 Session 2: 14-16 Adults (Office workers) Refresh Healing Forest A program offering time to find relaxation and rest in the forest's fresh air and tranquility, away from workplace stress and frustration 1.3 Sundays 10 30-12 Families Our Family Healing Day A program that strengthens bonds and promotes communication and harmony among family members through natural conversation while enjoying creative activities, experiences, and play together 2.4 Sundays 10 30-12 The program is subject to change depending on circumstances. Directions 1. From Wolgok Station (Line 6), Exit 3 → Board Seongbuk Bus 10 at the Wolgok Market/Dongduk Women's University Intersection bus stop → Get off at Jangwi Middle School → Walk up the road between Wolgok Youth Center and Jangwi Middle School to reach the Odong Park Healing Forest Trail Center. 2. From Miasageori Station (Line 4), Exit 2 → Board Seongbuk Bus 10 → Get off at Jangwi Middle School (last stop) → Walk up the road between Wolgok Youth Center and Jangwi Middle School to reach the Odong Park Healing Forest Trail Center. 4. Important Notes ○ Important Notes 1) Activities will be led by a forest therapy instructor. 2) The district office is not responsible for safety accidents caused by failure to follow the instructor's directions. 3) Please avoid perfume, strongly scented cosmetics, and brightly colored clothing. 4) Comfortable attire (shoes, clothing, etc.) is recommended for safety. 5) Flammable materials and food are prohibited. 6) The program may change or be canceled due to rain or other weather conditions. 7) Program activities may change depending on on-site conditions. 8) There is no parking, so please use public transportation.
