Reservation and Cancellation Information Reservation confirmation: Program reservations are allocated by lottery. You will be notified by KakaoTalk/text message when confirmed. Cancellation etiquette: To ensure smooth class operations, please cancel at least 3 days in advance. No-show restriction: If you fail to attend without prior notice, you may be restricted from booking Ecospace Yeonui programs for the next 3 months. 2.
