Boost your health and spirits with the Garden Prescription program!! -Step away from the bustle of daily life and experience rest and healing in the forests and gardens of the Seoul Trail. - This program offers personalized healing through individual prescriptions, helping participants appreciate the value of nature and restore their physical and mental well-being. - Discover the history and ecology of the Seoul Trail with a professional instructor! (Program details may be tailored to the participants and conditions on the day.) [Program Information] 1. Location: Around Seoul Trail Course 9 (Daemosan Urban Nature Park–Trail Course 9–Woodland Wildflower Garden) - After coming up from the road, meet in front of the meeting-point sign at the entrance to Daemosan Urban Nature Park. Eligibility: Teens and their families; first 20 applicants *Preschoolers and elementary school students may participate when accompanied by a parent 3. Hours: Session 1 (10:00–12:00), Session 2 (13:30–15:30) 4. How to Participate: Apply through Seoul Public Service Reservation; on-site participation 5. Program Activities - Seoul Trail health trekking - Four Garden Moments Today (taking Polaroid photos) - Individual health test (brainwave measurement), making your own perfume - Garden Chat Café (drinking aromatic tea), forest meditation, and more 6. What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, hiking boots or sneakers, drinking water, snacks, trail food, and other personal items *Extra clothing appropriate for the weather 7.
