Boost your health and spirits with the Garden Prescription program!! - Escape the bustle of daily life and experience rest and healing in the forests and gardens of the Seoul Trail. - This program offers personalized healing through individual prescriptions, helping you appreciate the value of nature and restore the health of your body and mind. (Program details may change depending on participants and conditions on the day.) [Program Information] 1. Location: Seoul Trail Course 15 area (Nanjicheon Park–Metasequoia Road area) - The meeting point is in front of the Maengkkongi Electric Tram ticket office. Eligibility: Seniors, young adults, youth, public safety professionals, and families (first 20 participants) *Preschoolers and elementary school students may participate with a parent 3. Hours: Session 1 (10:00–12:00), Session 2 (13:30–15:30) 4. How to participate: Apply through Seoul Public Service Reservation or participate on site 5. Program activities - Seoul Trail health trekking - Today's Garden Four-Cut Photos (taking Polaroid photos) - Individual health test (brainwave measurement) and making your own perfume - Garden Chat Café (drinking aromatic tea), forest meditation, and more 6. What to bring: Comfortable clothing, hiking shoes or sneakers, drinking water, snacks, trail food, and other personal items *Extra clothing appropriate for the weather 7. Other information - This program includes trekking but does not complete an entire course. *Those with serious medical conditions should carefully consider participating. - Program inquiries: Eumsoop Association (02-6956-0545) * Phone inquiries are available only during weekday business hours (10:00–17:00). 4. Precautions and Information for Participants 1. Please cancel through My Page at least 1 day in advance. 2. If you are unable to attend, please be sure to cancel or contact us at least 1 day in advance so someone else can enjoy this valuable opportunity. 3. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the program starts. 4. You must sign the personal information consent form when participating in the program. (Consent regarding age, gender, brainwave measurement, and photography and video recording) * Photos and videos may be taken during the program and used in reports or promotional materials. 5. For a safe and rewarding experience, you must follow the professional instructor's directions. 6. Participants are responsible for any accidents that occur while taking part in the program. 7. Please bring your own drinking water if needed. 8. Parking fees apply. Please use public transportation. * Parking fees are not covered. 9. Program details may change depending on weather and on-site conditions. 10. Unless you receive a separate cancellation notice, the program will proceed as scheduled in rainy weather. * You will be notified in advance if the program is canceled due to weather or circumstances at the operating organization.
