Odong Healing Forest Trail Participants Program Description Day Time Adults Mindful Forest Trail Walk Spend time experiencing the sounds and scents of nature in Odong Forest while releasing tension in your body and mind. This forest healing program helps restore peace and vitality to minds weary from daily life. Monday Session 1: 10:00–12:00 Session 2: 14:00–16:00 Socially disadvantaged participants (people with disabilities, cancer survivors, or mild dementia) Healing Forest Together A program where gentle forest activities and sensory experiences naturally stimulate physical and cognitive functions while promoting emotional calm and comfort Wednesday 10:00–12:00 (time may be adjusted) Adults (menopause) Forest Scents Mind Therapy A program where participants breathe the forest's fresh air and pine-nut-tree fragrance, understand changes in body and mind, reflect on themselves for a healthy life, and gain positive energy Thursday Session 1: 10:00–12:00 Session 2: 14:00–16:00 Groups (adults, teenagers, and office workers) Caring for the Forest, Caring for Me A group healing program where participants walk and enjoy activities together in nature, relieve physical and mental tension, and regain vitality Friday Session 1: 10:00–12:00 Session 2: 14:00–16:00 Adults (office workers) Refresh Healing Forest A program offering time to find relaxation and rest in the forest's fresh air and comfort, away from workplace stress and frustration Weeks 1.3: Sunday 10 h 30 min–12:00 Families Our Family Healing Day A program that strengthens family bonds and encourages communication and harmony through natural conversation during creative activities, hands-on experiences, and play Weeks 2.4: Sunday 10 h 30 min–12:00 *Programs are subject to change depending on circumstances. 4. Important Notes and Directions 1. Take Subway Line 6 to Wolgok Station, Exit 3 → Board Seongbuk Bus No. 10 at the Wolgok Market–Dongduk Women's University Five-Way Intersection stop → Get off at Jangwi Middle School → Walk up the road between Wolgok Youth Center and Jangwi Middle School to reach the Odong Park Healing Forest Trail Center. 2. Take Subway Line 4 to Miasageori Station, Exit 2 → Board Seongbuk Bus No. 10 → Get off at Jangwi Middle School (the last stop) → Walk up the road between Wolgok Youth Center and Jangwi Middle School to reach the Odong Park Healing Forest Trail Center ○ Important Notes 1) Activities are conducted under the guidance of a forest healing instructor. 2) The district office is not liable for safety accidents caused by failure to follow the guide's instructions. 3) Avoid perfume, strongly scented cosmetics, and brightly colored clothing. 4) Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended for safety. 5) Flammable materials and food are prohibited. 6) The program may be changed or canceled due to rain or other weather conditions. 7) Program activities may change depending on on-site conditions. 8) There is no parking, so please use public transportation.
