Specialized health, healing, and wellness program Along the newly created cottonwood forest trail~ Romantic Barefoot Trail Forest Healing * Schedule: 8.11 (Tue), 8.15 (Sat) at 10:00 a.m. * Location: 1st-floor classroom (Learning Center), Amsa Ecological Park * Participants: Teenagers and adults / individuals, families, groups, etc. * Activities: - Learn the basics of barefoot walking - Walk with proper form while communicating - Learn proper walking techniques, including lower-abdomen tapping and tiptoe walking - Forest meditation with landscape and ecology interpretation 4. Important Notes 1. When booking, please reserve for the total number of participants, including guardians. 2. If you do not attend without canceling in advance after booking, you may have difficulty participating in future programs. 3. The program begins on time, so please arrive 10 minutes early. 4.
