○ Eligibility: Any adult with metabolic syndrome ○ Fee: Free ○ What to bring: Wear long sleeves, long pants, and sneakers, and bring drinking water ○ Inquiries: 02-2600-4289 (Gangseo-gu Office Parks and Green Spaces Division) ○ Reservation cancellation: Up to 2 days in advance ○ Program hours: 10:00-12:00, 14:00-16:00 ○ Program venue: Gaehwasan Healing Center (San 91-6, Gaehwa-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul) ※ If driving, set your destination to 'Gaehwasan Yaksasa Temple'!!! - Directions (about a 20-minute walk from Exit 3 of Banghwa Station on Line 5) - [By Subway] Exit 3 of Banghwa Station on Line 5 → Bangwon Middle School → Follow the road toward Gaehwasan Yaksasa Temple → Just before the 'Yaksasa Temple Monument,' take the wooden deck path on the left → Continue uphill - [By Car] Set your destination to 'Gaehwasan Yaksasa Temple,' park in front of the Yaksasa Temple monument, then take the deck path on the left → Continue uphill ★ Detailed Program Information ★ **This is a 4-session series held every Thursday.
