4. Precautions [Reservation Information] Reservations open: Tuesday, July (7) 28 at 14:00 Use period: Tuesday, August (8) 4–Sunday, August (8) 16 [Visitor Information] 1. Aqua shoes are required to prevent accidents. (Crocs and sandals are not permitted.) 2. Up to 3 children may be booked with 1 ID. (The same registration method applies to individuals and groups.) 3. Guardians may enter without a reservation, so please book only for the number of children using the facility. 4. If the facility closes due to rain or other conditions, notice will be provided through a pop-up in the reservation window or an individual text message to the phone number entered when booking. 5. Reservations may be canceled through the day of use. If you will not attend, you must cancel your reservation. ※ Failure to attend without canceling may be recorded as an absence and result in registration as a user in poor standing, restricting future water playground reservations. 6. This program operates separately from Seoul Water Recycling Experience Center exhibition reservations. An exhibition reservation does not grant access to the water playground. 7. If family members outside the eligible age range (under age 3 or age 10 and above) visit together, they may use only the shallow area on a limited basis, accompanied by a guardian to prevent accidents and wearing a swim diaper and aqua shoes. 8. Cooking and bringing food into the water playground are prohibited. - Permitted food and drinks: water, beverages, prepared fruit, gimbap, rice cakes - Prohibited food and drinks: dishes with broth, delivered food such as chicken or pizza, alcohol 9. Fragile or collision-hazardous water-play equipment made of plastic or glass (including water guns), glass bottles, and similar items are prohibited. 10. This facility is a water playground, not a swimming pool. Goggles used for diving, tubes, and similar items are prohibited. 11. People with infectious diseases, intoxicated people, and anyone deemed unsuitable on public hygiene grounds may not enter. 12. Visitors must take all personal trash home with them. 13. The facility is not responsible for accidents or lost items caused by a visitor's negligence or failure to follow safety personnel's instructions and supervision. 14. Failure to follow safety personnel's instructions concerning the above rules may result in removal to maintain order in the water playground. 15. The outdoor water playground uses safe tap water. 16. Simple folding windbreak tents may be installed only if they do not use stakes (pegs). They may be freely set up in empty park spaces except under Mongolian tents or shade canopies. 17. Some operating sessions have changed in accordance with the government and Seoul Metropolitan Government's guidelines on “Preemptive Energy-Saving Measures in Response to the Prolonged Middle East Situation.” [Reservation Cancellation and Absence Policy] ○ If you do not cancel before your session begins on the day of operation, you will be marked absent. Example: Participant booked for Session 1 (12:00–14:00) ※ Cancellation before 12:00 → Not marked absent ※ Cancellation after 12:00 → Marked absent ○ After 2 accumulated absences, reservations will be restricted for the following 2 weeks. [Reservation Restrictions for Accumulated Absences] ○ 1 absence: Added to the absence management list ○ 2 absences: Reservations restricted for the following 2 weeks ○ 3 absences: Reservations restricted for 2 months [Non-Use of Session and Automatic Cancellation Policy] ○ Reservations are automatically canceled if they are not used within 45 minutes after the session begins. ○ Automatically canceled spots may be used after rebooking through the real-time reservation system.
