4. Important Notes [Information for Participants] 1. Please arrive 10 minutes before your reserved time. 2. No-shows inconvenience others who wish to participate. 3. To help the program run smoothly, please be sure to cancel your reservation if you cannot attend. 4. If you do not attend without canceling in advance, you may be excluded from future programs. 5. Drinking water is not provided, so please bring your own water. 6. Program updates (including changes and cancellations) will be sent by text message, so please do not opt out of SMS notifications when making your reservation. 7. Directions - See the directions at botanicpark.seoul.go.kr. ※ The entrance to the Plant Culture Center greenhouse is close to Yangcheon Hyanggyo Station. Please use public transportation whenever possible. ※ Parking fees are not covered. 8. The program may be canceled if enrollment for a given day is below 50% of capacity. ※ Groups will be notified of cancellation by 4 days before the program, and individuals by 2 days before the program. 9. Program content, route, and duration may be changed, shortened, or canceled depending on circumstances. 10. The program will proceed even in rain. Cancellation at least 7 days before the date of use, or cancellation on the day the reservation is made: Full refund of the usage fee 3. Cancellation 6–3 days before the date of use: Of 100 parts of the usage fee, refund the remainder after deducting 10 4. Cancellation 2–1 days before the date of use: Of 100 parts of the usage fee, refund the remainder after deducting 30 5. Cancellation on or after the date of use: No refund
