Boramae Park Invitation to the Joyful Forest (Fridays)—August (Month 8) Every Friday, enjoy cheerful forest interpretation and tea offered by Wausan Mountain in Boramae Park (individual/group applications accepted) August (Month 8) Activity: A Refreshing Retreat in the Joyful Forest - Stroll through cool, summery Wausan Forest - Relax under the shade of the trees with poetry - Enjoy a leisurely cup of tea too~ ❐ Program Date and Times: Friday, August (Month 8) 21, 10:00–11:30 / 14:00–15:30 ※ Groups wishing to participate as a team must make arrangements in advance. Please call before applying. ❐ Eligibility: Adults—individuals and groups (first 20 participants) ❐ Meeting Point: 1F Garden Culture Center in the Boramae Park Management Office building (in front of the Seoul Kids Café Boramae Park Branch) ❐ How to Book: First-come, first-served reservations through Seoul Public Service Reservation (yeyak.seoul.go.kr) ❐ Inquiries: Program Preparation Office, 02-2181-1177 4. Important Notes for Participants ❐ Please arrive 5 minutes before the program begins. Failing to attend after making a reservation inconveniences others who wish to participate. ❐ If you cannot attend, please cancel through “My Page.” (Please note that cancellations cannot be made after 17:00 on the day before the program.) ❐ This is an outdoor forest ecology experience program. - Please wear comfortable clothing and sneakers, and bring water, a hat, and a backpack. ❐ In light rain, the program will proceed. Please wear rain-ready clothing and bring a raincoat or umbrella and rain boots. ※ However, program content may change, and the program may be canceled in the event of heavy rain. If you need to cancel after booking, go to My Page and click the reservation number. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after 17:00 on the day before the program. ❐ The program may be canceled under the conditions below. If canceled, notification will be sent by text message as of 17:00 on the day before the program. - When a heat wave advisory or cold wave advisory is issued; in the event of heavy rain or heavy snow; when emergency fine-dust reduction measures are issued or implemented; or when fewer than 5 participants register - Government disease-control guidelines will be followed if gatherings are prohibited due to an infectious disease. ❐ Program information will be sent by text message, so do not opt out of receiving SMS when making your reservation. ❐ Photos or videos taken during the program may be used in Seoul Metropolitan Government promotional materials. Directions ❐ From Boramae Park Station (Sillim Line), Exit 1: 3-minute walk. 1F Garden Culture Center in the Boramae Park Management Office building (in front of the Seoul Kids Café Boramae Park Branch) ❐ The parking lot is extremely crowded. As parking may be difficult, please use public transportation.
