4. Important Notes ※ Starting in month 1 of 2024, if a total of 2 instances of [no-shows, same-day cancellations, or disruptive participants] occurs, participation will be restricted for 2 months from the date of the most recent visit. [Information on Disruptive Participants] 1. Anyone engaging in behavior within the scope of a disruptive participant will receive one warning. 2. If the same situation occurs again, the participant's experience will be stopped and all experiences booked for that day will be canceled. (The reservations will not be treated as same-day cancellations.) 3. If a total of 2 instances of ‘disruptive participant, no-show, or same-day cancellation’ occurs, participation will be restricted for 2 months from the date of the most recent visit. Scope of disruptive participants ① A person who cannot focus on the experience or class and runs or wanders around other experience areas ② A person who, without valid reason, does not follow the mentor's guidance or instructions and disrupts the experience or class ③ A person who behaves in a way deemed likely to interfere with other participants' experiences or classes ④ A person who makes other participants feel unsafe by shouting or throwing learning materials during the experience or class ⑤ A person who climbs on structures or behaves in a way that could damage them [Important Notes] 1. Entry is not permitted more than 10 minutes after the experience begins. 2. Be sure to enter the actual participants' names and ages. (The reservation holder's and participants' names will be checked upon entry.) 3. Parking fees are not covered. 4. To cancel, please do so on the Public Service Reservation portal. (My Page - Reservation History - click the number beginning with a capital R to cancel.) 5. Duplicate applications for the same time slot or incorrect applications may be canceled at the center's discretion after notification. Please check the schedule when booking. 6. If you cannot participate on the day, please cancel in advance or request cancellation by phone so that on-site registration can be offered. 7. On-site reservations and entry depend on advance reservation availability, and entry may be restricted. 8. No food or beverages of any kind are permitted inside the experience center.
