Important Notes * Please be punctual for the start of the program. * To prevent duplicate enrollment, reservations are limited to 2 program sessions per 1 person per month. * Please bring an eco-bag to carry your project home after the program. * No-shows inconvenience others who wish to participate. * To ensure smooth operation, please cancel your reservation no later than 1 day before the program. * The program may be canceled due to weather conditions, including heavy snow, heavy rain, or a cold-wave warning. * Refunds are subject to a 10% fee for cancellations 6–3 days in advance and a 30% fee for cancellations 2–1 days in advance. Same-day cancellations are nonrefundable. * The program may be photographed or filmed and the images may be used for internal reports and City of Seoul promotional purposes. * Drinking water is not provided, so please bring your own water. * Please use public transportation whenever possible. (Parking fees are not covered.)
