■ Program: Mindful Walk - Breathing Life into the Familiar ■ Dates in Month 8: 1, 8, 15, 22 (Sat) 10:00-12:00 ■ Fee: Free ■ Eligibility: Adults interested in nature and self-care ■ Capacity: 12 people (Please reserve for the exact number attending.) ■ The program may be canceled if fewer than 5 people reserve ■ Meeting point: Dream Forest Arts Center, Floor 1 (Garden Culture Healing Center) (Please arrive no later than 5 minutes before the program starts) ■ Program Purpose "Discovering Inner Resonance through Walking and Gardening" This therapeutic program awakens the senses through forest walks and promotes emotional recovery and self-esteem by tending a shared garden and projecting inner feelings onto nature. ■ Detailed Program Breathing Life into the Familiar - My healing: pulling weeds, pausing to rest, and weaving things together again Month 8, Day 1: Pull weeds and sow carrot seeds Month 8, Day 8: Pull weeds and make a wreath Month 8, Day 15: Pull weeds and make a wreath from forest by-products Month 8, Day 22: Clear weeds and make a small bouquet of unknown wildflowers - A process of inner communication and healing through walking and tending a garden plot ■ What to Bring: Comfortable clothes, non-slip sneakers, personal water or tumbler, personal raincoat or waterproof outerwear, and a personal handkerchief if needed For outdoor activities, bring a hat and personal gloves if handling soil is uncomfortable. ■ Notes - The program begins indoors; time spent on the outdoor walk and garden activities will be adjusted according to the weather and on-site safety conditions. - In light rain, participants will wear raincoats and take a short walk. - In heavy rain, an indoor nature-based therapeutic activity will be held. - Natural materials are used mainly for observation, documentation, and crafts. - Do not collect plants without permission from parks, forests, or protected areas. - Please notify staff in advance when applying if you have allergies or respiratory sensitivities. - Activity photos will be taken only of those who consent. As this is an activity program, the schedule may change depending on weather conditions. This is not a one-time experience but a therapeutic process of caring for plants throughout their entire life cycle, so active participation is requested. 4. Precautions ■ Please cancel through 'My Page' at least 3 days in advance. ■ Canceled if the temperature exceeds 33℃ or falls below -12℃ (based on the Korea Meteorological Administration forecast at 4 p.m. the day before the program) ■ Canceled if the chance of precipitation is 70% or higher (based on the Korea Meteorological Administration forecast at 4 p.m. the day before the program) ■ Canceled if the fine-dust forecast exceeds 151㎍/㎥ (based on Seoul Air Quality Information's fine-dust advisories and response guidelines)
