About this event

■ Program: Nighttime Insect Light-Trap Collecting (Jungnang Camping Forest) ■ Schedule: August (Month 8) 12 (Wed) and 13 (Thu) 19 :30–21:00 (Each participant must bring a flashlight and mosquito repellent.) ■ Program Details Theme: Observing Various Insects Through Light-Trap Collecting - Explore insects in the grass by flashlight - Insects attracted to bright lights - Nocturnal insects: stag beetles and rhinoceros beetles - Moths drawn to lights (differences between butterflies and moths) ■ Meeting Point: In front of the Jungnang Camping Forest Management Office (Please arrive at least 5 minutes early, as the group must gather and move together.) ■ Participants: Families with children of elementary school age or older accompanied by a guardian (Please include guardians in the reservation and observe the minimum age of 8.) ■ Capacity: 20 people (Please include guardians in the number reserved.) ■ What to Bring: A flashlight, mosquito repellent, drinking water, comfortable clothes for activities, and sneakers * Some program details may change depending on weather conditions. * Failure to attend after reserving may restrict reservations for future programs. Please reserve carefully out of consideration for other participants. 4. Important Notes ■ Please cancel your reservation through “My Page” at least 3 days in advance. ■ Canceled if the temperature is 33°C or higher or -12°C or lower (based on the Korea Meteorological Administration forecast at 4:00 p.m. the day before the program) ■ Canceled if the probability of precipitation is 70% or higher (based on the Korea Meteorological Administration forecast at 4:00 p.m. the day before the program) ■ Canceled if the fine dust forecast exceeds 151 ㎍/㎥ (based on the fine dust alerts and action guidelines from Seoul Air Quality Information)
