About this event
■ About the Center The Songpa Young Artist Center is a district-run residency facility established to support young artists in their ongoing creative work. In addition to providing workspaces, the center runs a variety of programs and exhibitions connecting the local community with art. ■ About the Program This program is led by Min Ju-mi, an artist-in-residence at the Songpa Young Artist Center. In this program, participants use objects as metaphors to express their feelings. They organize the emotions and events they wish to express in writing, then redefine the meaning of objects by personifying them or giving them new significance. ■ Date & Time 8.13.(Thu) 10:00-11:30 (One-Day Class) 8.20.(Thu) 10:00-11:30 (One-Day Class) ■ Venue Community Room A, 1st Floor, Songpa Young Artist Center (6-1 Pungseong-ro 10-gil, Songpa-gu, Seoul) ■ Eligibility Adults / First come, first served ■ Capacity 5 people per session ■ What to Bring Nothing ■ Materials Fee None 4. Important Notes *Parking: Pungnap-dong 2nd Public Parking Lot, 15 Pungseong-ro 5-gil, Songpa-gu (about a 7-minute walk) If you fail to attend without canceling in advance 2 or more times (no-show), you will be restricted from booking programs for one month. If your reservation is waitlisted, it will be confirmed if a cancellation occurs. Please visit after receiving confirmation. * If applying for 2 or more people with one account, please inquire by phone!!! (Inquiries: 070-4062-2800) * The class will be canceled if there are fewer than 2 participants. * Same-day cancellations are not permitted. (As of 00:00 on the day) * No refunds are available for no-shows. * Photos taken during the class may be used for promotional materials, publications, and other purposes. * Cancellations are permitted until 1 day before the class; after that, the materials fee is nonrefundable.
