* This is a group program. (Individuals should inquire by phone) (Reservations through November (11) are accepted in advance, so please call.) * Time: Wednesdays and Fridays, 2:00 PM-4:00 PM * Other days and times can be arranged. * Inquiries: 010-3141-1582 * Singgeulbeonggeul Forest - For seniors Walk the forest trail and enjoy various forest exercises and forest games to create a time when both your body and mind can smile! * Saeroksaerok Forest - For people with mild cognitive impairment or mild dementia Through the forest's scents, breeze, sounds, and colors, improve your memory and concentration and feel at ease! * Dungsildungsil Forest - For people with disabilities Use your various senses to experience the forest's sounds, textures, and scents and find well-being in nature! * Gappungappung Forest - For cancer survivors As you begin daily life again, build your immunity in the forest! - Activities include forest trail walking, forest exercises (movement therapy), forest games, singing bowls and aromatherapy, meditation, and tea conversations. - Activities may change depending on the weather and circumstances. - Participants: Socially disadvantaged groups - Fee: Free - What to bring: A towel (for after barefoot walking), drinking water, comfortable clothing suitable for forest activities, and sneakers, - Location: Healing Forest Trail near Achasan Eoullim Plaza - Inquiries: Achasan Healing Forest Trail 010 - 3141 - 1582 / Gwangjin-gu Office 02 - 450 - 7774 - Additional information There is no parking. Please use public transportation. The program may be canceled if there are fewer than 2 participants or due to weather conditions (high temperatures or rain). Closed on Sundays, Mondays, and national holidays Program applications are accepted until 2 days before the start date / Cancellations are allowed until 2 days before the start date No-shows may inconvenience other users. If you cannot attend, please be sure to cancel. (You may face penalties for a NO-SHOW.) Red clay may remain on your feet after the red-clay-ball barefoot walking activity. If needed, please bring a handkerchief or wet wipes. (Wet wipes and similar items are not provided to protect the environment.) 4.
