(Article 2 of the Forestry Culture and Recreation Act) ※ Forest healing is not medical treatment for disease; it is a therapeutic activity that helps maintain health and strengthens immunity. Balance Walking Vitality Forest Wednesdays 10:00~11:30 Adults experiencing menopause ㆍ Maintain physical balance through proper walking posture ㆍ Develop habits for taking care of your health ㆍReduce body fat through moderate- to high-intensity exercise Corrective exercise ※ Program content may change depending on circumstances such as COVID-19 prevention guidelines or the weather. ※What to bring: Drinking water and a handkerchief; wear comfortable clothing ※ Parking is not available. Please use public transportation.
