Forest Scent Expedition Breathe in the many scents of the forest and discover the wonders of nature together, then experiment, create, and make special forest memories with your family. Program Details - Introduction to the Korean Forest Garden and greetings - Find the culprit behind the earthy smell: 'geosmin' - Find fragrant leaves * Experience the scents of various plants * The secret of scents: communication * Find your family's fragrant plant - Make a magical fragrance spray * Learn about plants that keep mosquitoes away * Make mosquito repellent with natural fragrances Program Overview - Dates and Times: Thursdays, August (month 8) 6 and 13, 10:00–11:30 / 14:00–15:30 - Participants: Families with lower elementary school students - Capacity: 15 people - Meeting Point: Hannam Park Visitor Support Center - Program Location: Namsan Park (Korean Forest Garden) - What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, drinking water, a hat, and sneakers - How to Participate: Seoul Public Service Reservation (https://yeyak.seoul.go.kr) Directions - On Foot: (1) From Seoul Station Exit 4, board bus 402 or 405 at the Sungnyemun bus stop, get off at Hyatt Hotel, cross the overpass, and meet in front of Hannam Children's Forest Experience Center (2) From City Hall Station Exit 8, board bus 402, get off in front of Hyatt Hotel, cross the overpass, and meet in front of Hannam Children's Forest Experience Center (3) From Hangangjin Station Exit 2, board bus 405, get off across from Hyatt Hotel, and meet in front of Hannam Children's Forest Experience Center * No parking is available. Please use public transportation. 4. Important Notes ■ Please cancel your reservation through 'My Page' at least 3 days in advance. ■ Temperatures above 33°C (when a heat wave advisory is issued) / below -12°C (when a cold wave advisory is issued) (Based on the Korea Meteorological Administration forecast at approximately 5:00 PM on the day before the program) ■ Rain (heavy rain) or snow (heavy snowfall) (Based on the Korea Meteorological Administration forecast at approximately 5:00 PM on the day before the program) ※ You will be notified separately if the program is canceled due to on-site weather conditions. ■ Please note that 2–3 photos (wide shots and the backs of the group) will be taken during the program for program reporting purposes. ■ If you make a reservation and fail to attend without canceling in advance (NO-SHOW), you will be unable to make a reservation the following month.
