A healing break for a healthy everyday life—a time of restoration that gives your body and mind a rest. Welcome to the Seodaemun-gu Baengnyeonsan Forest Healing Center, which opened in April (month 4). • Baengnyeon Ieum • Dates: 8/7 (Fri) 8/14 (Fri) 8/21 (Fri) Every Friday, 9:30–11:30 • Venue: Baengnyeonsan Forest Healing Center • Eligibility: People in 1-person households (individuals) • Capacity: 10 participants per session (priority registration for Seodaemun-gu residents) * Starting at 10:00 AM on 7/24 (Fri), all Seoul residents may apply regardless of district. * The program requires at least 2 participants. If enrollment is insufficient, you will be notified by text message. • Fee: Free • How to participate: Reserve on the Seoul Public Service Reservation website (first come, first served) • What to bring: Sneakers (the program includes a forest walk or Baengnyeonsan trek), comfortable clothing, drinking water, and a reusable tumbler. Water and a tumbler are required. • Activities: See the poster. ※ A forest therapy instructor will combine a variety of activities according to the season, participants, and group size. • Important information: Please arrive before your reserved program time. During the program, follow the forest therapy instructor’s guidance closely and participate safely to prevent accidents.
