A healing break for a healthy daily life, giving both body and mind time to rest. Welcome to the Seodaemun-gu Baengnyeonsan Forest Healing Center, which opened this April (Month 4). ㅇ Baengnyeon Vitality ㅇ Dates and times: Tuesday, August (Month 8) 4 and Thursday, August (Month 8) 6 Tuesday, August (Month 8) 11 and Thursday, August (Month 8) 13 Tuesday, August (Month 8) 18 and Thursday, August (Month 8) 20 Tuesday, August (Month 8) 25 and Thursday, August (Month 8) 27 Every Tuesday and Thursday, 09:30-11:30 ㅇ Venue: Baengnyeonsan Forest Healing Center ㅇ Who can participate: Adults (individuals) ㅇ Capacity: 10 people per session (priority registration for Seodaemun-gu residents) * Starting at 10:00 AM on Friday, July (Month 7) 24, applications will be open to Seoul residents regardless of district. * The program will run with at least 2 participants. A notification text will be sent if enrollment is insufficient. ㅇ Fee: Free ㅇ How to participate: Book through the Seoul Public Service Reservation website (first come, first served) ㅇ What to bring: Sneakers (the program includes a forest walk or Baengnyeonsan Mountain trek), comfortable clothing, and drinking water and a tumbler.
