[Registration] Bamseom Secret Expedition: Our Precious Bamseom Friends! Have you ever heard the story of mysterious Bamseom, in the heart of Seoul? A special ecological exploration program designed for lower-grade elementary school students! Learn about and experience endangered animals and the birds that live on Bamseom, and discover the importance of nature. ① Program Information ㅇ Date and time: Every Saturday, 10:00–11:30 a.m. (90 minutes total) - October (Month 10) dates: October (Month 10) 10, 17, 24, and 31 (4 sessions total) - ⚠️ Closure notice: The center will be closed on Saturday, October (Month 10) 3, a public holiday (National Foundation Day). ㅇ Venue: Bamseom Eco Experience Center (upper level of Mapo Bridge) ㅇ Participants: Elementary school students in grades 1–4 (12 participants per 1 day, first come, first served) ※ Please make the reservation based on the number of participating children. ㅇ Fee: Free ㅇ How to apply: Register online through the Seoul Public Service Reservation system ② Program Content “Discover the hidden value of Bamseom through exciting hands-on activities.” ㅇ Classroom learning - The precious value of Bamseom (a Ramsar wetland) - Bamseom and endangered animals around the world - The diverse birds that live on Bamseom ㅇ Hands-on activities - AR coloring activity: Watch the endangered animal you colored come to life! - Make a bird call: Make a wooden bird call and try producing bird sounds ③ What to Bring and Important Information - What to bring: A personal bag or other carrier (for taking home completed projects and trash) - Trash etiquette: There are no trash cans inside the center. To help protect the environment, you must take all trash home with you. ※ Important ※ - Be on time: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the program begins to ensure smooth operation. - Advance confirmation required: The office cannot be reached by phone on the day of the program. Please check the center's location in advance, and make any cancellation or attendance changes no later than 2 days before the program date. 📍 Directions to Bamseom Eco Experience Center - You must check the location of Bamseom Eco Experience Center before applying and attending. - Parking may be crowded, so public transportation is recommended. ㅇ Address: 84-6 Yeouido-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul (on the upper level of Mapo Bridge) ㅇ Public transportation: About a 15-minute walk from Exit 2 of Yeouinaru Station on Line 5 ㅇ Parking: Use Parking Lot 2 or 3 at Yeouido Hangang Park (about a 15-minute walk) 4. Precautions (Please read before booking!) ✅ Reservation Cancellation and No-Show Policy - Self-service cancellation: You must cancel your reservation yourself by 12:00 p.m. 2 days before the program through [Seoul Public Reservation Portal > My Page]. (Same-day cancellations are not allowed.) - No-show penalty: If you do not attend without prior notice, you will be restricted from applying for the same program for the next 6 months. Please book thoughtfully out of consideration for others. ✅ Visit and Facility Use Information - Guardian required: Because it is dangerous for children to travel to the center alone due to its location, they must be accompanied by a guardian. - Protect the facilities: As this is a public facility, please guide children to avoid damaging the interior facilities. - Give up seats when needed: If there are not enough seats inside, please cooperate by allowing participating children to sit first. ✅ Environment and Personal Items - Bring drinking water: Drinking water is not available inside the center, so be sure to bring your own. - Take your trash with you: There are no trash cans inside the center.
