Jongno Gardeners’ Village – Children’s Ecology Experience ‘My Little Home Gardener’ A time to prepare in advance for the refreshing autumn ahead under the bright summer sun! Take your child by the hand and come discover a little forest in the heart of the city! 🌿✨ Learn about the importance of nature, connect with green plants, and nurture ecological awareness! We are recruiting little gardeners to make beautiful garden accessories with their parents and create special memories. 🪴🎈 📅 Date & Time: 14:00 (50 minutes) on designated Saturdays from 9 (September) to 11 (November) 2026 ※ Operating weeks vary by month, so please be sure to check the detailed schedule below! 📍 Venue: Jongno Gardener’s House (Cheongjin Park, 70-13 Cheongjin-dong, Jongno-gu) 🧑🏫 Activities: Garden exploration and crafts using garden materials (Team activity for 1 guardian + 1 child) 🗓️ [Detailed Schedule for the Second Half] 🍂 9 September Programs 9/5 (Urban Forest Explorers): Observe leaves with a loupe and make a cyanotype print frame 🖼️ 9/12 (Palm-Sized Gardener): Make a palm-sized garden (companion plant pot) – Monstera 🪴 🍁 10 October Programs 10/10 (Buzzing Rescue Team): Make flower-seed bombs and sunflower seed balls for bees 🐝 10/17 (Urban Forest Explorers): Observe leaves with a loupe and make a cyanotype print frame 🖼️ 10/24 (Palm-Sized Gardener): Make a palm-sized garden (companion plant pot) – carnivorous plant pot 🪴 10/31 (Palm-Sized Gardener): Make a palm-sized garden (companion plant pot) – carnivorous plant pot 🪴 ❄️ 11 November Programs 11/14 (Urban Forest Explorers): Observe leaves with a loupe and make a leaf-stamp frame 🖼️ 11/21 (Palm-Sized Gardener): Make a palm-sized garden (companion plant pot) – Blue Bird 🪴 11/28 (Urban Forest Explorers): Observe leaves with a loupe and make a cyanotype print frame 🖼️ ✅ Registration: First-come, first-served through the Seoul Public Service Reservation System 💰 Participation Fee: KRW 5,000 (class materials included) 🎒 What to Bring: Comfortable clothing for activities and a love of nature! 📢 Eligibility and Registration Priority (Please read! ⭐) Registration is divided into priority periods so more Jongno-gu residents and Seoul residents can benefit! Eligibility: Recommended for elementary school students and older (1 guardian + 1 child must attend together) ※ Due to the difficulty of activities such as loupe observation and accessory making, younger preschoolers may find it difficult to complete them independently. Elementary school age and older is therefore recommended; if a preschooler participates, active help from their guardian will be required during crafting. Registration Priority: 1st Priority: Early registration for Jongno-gu residents 🏠 2nd Priority: Expanded registration for Seoul residents 🏙️ (As this is a valuable class for children, please apply thoughtfully only if you are committed to attending!) 4. Important Notes 1. If you are unable to attend, please be sure to cancel your reservation for the benefit of others. 2. Your reservation will be canceled if the participation fee is not paid by 2 days before the program (Thursday at 0:00). 3. If you no longer wish to participate, please cancel 2 days in advance so material preparation can be adjusted. 4. There is no parking, so please use public transportation. 5. If you cancel within the refund period after paying the participation fee by bank transfer, you must call the office (2148-2873) and provide your account number to receive a refund.
