4. Important Notes ※ Since January (month 1) 2024, if a participant accumulates 2 instances of [no-show, same-day cancellation, or problematic participant behavior], they will be restricted from participating in experiences for 2 months from the date of their most recent experience. [Information on Problematic Participant Behavior] 1. Anyone who engages in behavior that falls within the scope of problematic participant behavior will receive one warning. 2. If the same situation occurs again, the participant's experience will be terminated and all experiences booked for that day will be canceled. (These reservations will not be treated as same-day cancellations.) 3. If a participant accumulates 2 instances of 'problematic participant behavior, no-show, or same-day cancellation,' they will be restricted from participating in experiences for 2 months from the date of their most recent experience. Scope of Problematic Participant Behavior ① Anyone who cannot focus on the experience or educational activity and runs around or wanders into other experience areas ② Anyone who disrupts the experience or educational activity by refusing to follow the assigned mentor's guidance or instructions without a valid reason ③ Anyone who behaves in a way deemed likely to interfere with another participant's experience or educational activity ④ Anyone who makes other participants feel unsafe by shouting or throwing learning materials during the experience or educational activity ⑤ Anyone who climbs on structures or behaves in a way that could damage them [Important Notes] 1. Entry is not permitted more than 10 minutes after the experience begins. 2. Please be sure to enter the actual participant's name and age. (The names of the person who made the reservation and the participant will be checked upon entry.) 3. Parking fees are not covered. 4. To cancel a reservation, please do so through the Public Service Reservation portal. (My Page - Reservation History - click the number beginning with a capital R, then cancel.) 5. Duplicate applications for the same time slot or applications made in error may be canceled at the organizer's discretion after notice. Please check the schedule when booking. 6. If you cannot participate on the day, please cancel in advance or request cancellation by phone so that on-site registration can be made available. 7. On-site reservations and entry are subject to advance reservation availability, and entry may be restricted. 8. No food or beverages of any kind are allowed inside the Experience Center.
