4. Precautions ※ Starting in January (month 1) 2024, if any combination of [no-shows, same-day cancellations, or disruptive participant incidents] occurs 2 times, participation will be restricted for 2 months from the date of the most recent experience. [Information on Disruptive Participants] 1. A participant who engages in behavior defined as disruptive will receive one warning. 2. If the same situation occurs again, the participant's experience will be terminated and all experiences booked for that day will be canceled. (The reservation will not be recorded as a same-day cancellation.) 3. If any combination of 'disruptive participant incidents, no-shows, or same-day cancellations' occurs 2 times, participation will be restricted for 2 months from the date of the most recent experience. Behaviors Classified as Disruptive ① Being unable to focus on the experience or class and running or wandering around other experience zones ② Interfering with the experience or class by refusing to follow a mentor's guidance or instructions without a valid reason ③ Engaging in behavior deemed likely to interfere with other participants' experience or class ④ Making other participants feel unsafe by shouting or throwing learning materials during the experience or class ⑤ Climbing on structures or engaging in behavior that may damage them [Precautions] 1. Entry is not permitted more than 10 minutes after the experience begins. 2. Be sure to enter the actual participant's name and age. (The reservation holder's and participant's names will be checked upon entry.) 3. Parking fees are not covered. 4. To cancel, please cancel your reservation on the Public Service Reservation portal. (My Page - Reservation History - click the number beginning with a capital R, then cancel.) 5. Duplicate bookings for the same time or incorrect bookings may be canceled at the organizer's discretion after notice. Please check the schedule when booking. 6. If you cannot participate that day, please cancel in advance or request cancellation by phone so that walk-in registration can be offered. 7. Walk-in reservations and admission are available depending on advance reservation availability, and admission may be restricted. 8. No food or beverages may be brought into the experience center.
