[August (Month 8)/Exhibition Tour] 《Tender Balance: Reflecting Each Other》 Exhibition Tour Program Seoul Botanic Park presents an exhibition tour program for the special exhibition 《Tender Balance: Reflecting Each Other》. This “public participation program” is designed to help visitors understand the exhibition and the intentions behind its works. We welcome everyone interested in the program. ○ Dates: 2026.8.6 (Thu)–8.29 (Sat) / Every Thursday and Saturday ○ Times: Thursdays at 11:00 / 15:00 (about 60 minutes); Saturdays at 11:00 (about 60 minutes) ○ Eligibility: Adults and students in Grade 3 or above ※ Students from Grade 3 through under age 15 may participate when accompanied by a guardian. ※ For group exhibition-tour reservations, please inquire separately by phone. ☎ 02-2104-9888, 9889, 9890, 9891 (Tuesday–Sunday, 9:00–17:00, excluding lunch from 12:00–13:00) ○ Meeting Point: In front of the information desk at Project Hall 2, 2F, Botanic Culture Center ○ Docent Tour Route: Thursday Saturday 11:00–12:00 (about 60 minutes) Project Hall 2, Theme Gardens, Conservatory, Magok Cultural Center 11:00–12:00 (about 60 minutes) Project Hall 2, Theme Gardens, Conservatory, Magok Cultural Center 15:00–16:00 (about 60 minutes) ○ Capacity: 15 participants per session ※ The program will be canceled if fewer than 3 people register. ※ Please make reservations for everyone, including guardians (group leaders). ○ Participation Fee: Free ※ Because the exhibition tour includes paid areas (Conservatory and Theme Gardens), participants must purchase admission tickets at the ticket office on B1 of Seoul Botanic Park before joining. ※ Project Hall 2 and Magok Cultural Center offer free admission. ○ What to Bring: Comfortable clothing and shoes, personal drinking water, and personal items (hat and umbrella/parasol) ※ There are no drinking fountains, so please be sure to bring water. ○ Information for Reservation Holders 1. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the program begins to verify your reservation. 2. The exhibition tour begins on time. Please observe the program schedule. 3. Your reservation will be automatically canceled if you have not arrived within 10 minutes after the program begins. Please arrive on time. 4. No-shows disadvantage others who wish to participate. If you cannot attend, please cancel your reservation in advance to ensure smooth operation. 5. If you do not attend without canceling in advance, you may be excluded from subsequent program applications. 6. Bottled water is not provided, so please bring your own water. 7. The Seoul Botanic Park Conservatory and Theme Gardens are paid areas. Please purchase admission tickets at the ticket office on B1 of the Botanic Culture Center before entering. 8. Storage service is not provided for exhibition-tour participants. Please use the paid lockers near the Conservatory ticket office on B1 or near the Conservatory exit on 1F of the Botanic Culture Center. 9. The program may be changed, shortened, or canceled under the following conditions. - Heat wave advisory issued - Cold wave advisory issued - Heavy rain or heavy snow - Emergency fine-dust reduction measures issued - Fewer than 3 participants 10. Program content, route, time, or schedule may be changed, shortened, or canceled depending on circumstances. 11. Program information will be sent by text message to applicants. Precautions ○ Directions - See Directions at botanicpark.seoul.go.kr ※ Project Hall 2 in the Botanic Culture Center is close to Yangcheon Hyanggyo Station. Parking is limited, so please use public transportation whenever possible. ※ Weekends and public holidays are very crowded. Please refer to the “Parking Information” above and allow enough time to arrive 10 minutes before the start. ※ The program does not cover parking fees. Park Visitor Information 1. The park is open year-round, but its facilities are closed every Monday. (Regular season, 3–10 [March–October]): Last admission ticket sales for the Conservatory and Theme Gardens are at 17:00, and visitors must exit by 18:00. 2. Strollers (for children under 36 months) and wheelchairs are available for rent — ID required — at the Visitor Center and the Botanic Culture Center information desk (B1). 3. Lockers: 1F and B1 of the Botanic Culture Center (paid) 4. Free admission eligibility: People age 65 and above, national merit recipients, and people with disabilities (ID is required) Each member of senior groups must also bring individual ID. 5. Discount: 30% discount for groups of 30 or more
