2026 Hangang Water Safety Experience Class for Children and Teens - Program period: 26. 8. 10. (Mon.)–26. 8. 14. (Fri.), 14:00–16:00 - Eligibility: Children (ages 6–12) and teens - Venue: Banpo 119 Water Rescue Unit - Capacity: 250 total (50 per day) ※ Children and teens only (Guardians may observe without registering.) - How to participate: Apply through the Seoul Public Service Reservation System (first come, first served) - Application period: 2026.7.27 (Mon.), 09:00–8.5. (Wed.), 18:00 - Fee: Free - Cancellations are allowed until 3 days before the program start date. - Activities * Tour of the 119 Water Rescue Unit and CPR training (including AED use) * Making and using rescue equipment from everyday objects, learning how to wear a life jacket, and boarding a boat, among other activities 4. Important Notes: The boat-boarding experience will be canceled if the discharge from Paldang Dam reaches 3,000 tons/s or more → It will be replaced with other safety training. ※ Failure to attend on the day after booking may result in disadvantages when applying for the same event the following year.
