4 Important Notes ※ The parking lot entrance is located next to the Seoul Museum of Photography. The parking fee is 400 KRW per 5 minutes (based on Seoul City standards). ※ Please park in advance to avoid being late for your visit. ※ In the event of a no-show, use of the facility will be restricted for the following 6 months. ※ Participation will be restricted if you are 10 minutes or more late for the program start time. ※ Reservations and changes can only be made up to the day before operation. ※ Reservations can only be canceled up to 1 day prior to the date of use. For same-day cancellations 920 please contact 02 / 4300 ※ Children under 8 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian. ※ Group reservations close one month in advance. Due to pre-booked group schedules 4301 some exhibition commentary schedules may be unavailable. ※ Experience times cannot be changed (time changes, reduced hours, extended hours, etc. are not permitted). ※ If you do not meet the eligibility requirements for the program on the day, the program will be cancelled on-site (e.g., student age, number of participants). ※ The Seoul Robot AI Science Museum is an institution exempt from Value Added Tax under Article 26 of the Value Added Tax Act; therefore, cash receipts are not issued for admission fees. ※ There are no facilities for food disposal within the museum, nor are there any spaces available for group meals. ※ Beverages and food, excluding water, are not permitted in the experience areas. ※ Please follow the instructions of the staff during activities and viewing. ※ For inquiries regarding reservation cancellations, changes 4301 or other matters 920 please contact us at 02 / 4300 .
