Program Name: Gildong Healing Garden Lab with Children Date & Time: 7 31 , 2026 & 8 7 (Fri) 14:00 – 15:30 ( 90 minutes) Location: Gildong Ecological Park - Gildong Ecological Culture Center 2 Floor ( 1298 Cheonho-daero, Dunchon-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul) Participants: 10 families (children aged 6 or older and guardians) ※ To ensure smooth program operation, the number of participants is limited to 2 people per family. Participation Fee: 5,000 KRW (per family) ※ Failure to attend after registration may result in disadvantages for future program reservations. 4 Important Notes ► Drinking water and disposable items are not provided during the program, so please bring your own water, umbrellas, handkerchiefs, and wet wipes. ► Failure to attend without prior cancellation may result in exclusion from future programs. ► Unauthorized absence causes inconvenience to other participants who wish to use the service. ► The program may be cancelled due to weather conditions, such as heavy snow, heavy rain, or cold wave warnings, or due to the instructor's circumstances. ► To ensure smooth proceedings, please be sure to cancel your reservation at least 1 day prior to the program. ► Please prepare a bag, such as an eco-bag, to carry your finished creations (e.g., flowerpots) after the program ends. ► Program Refund Policy: - Full refund up to 7 days prior to the scheduled date - Refund after deducting 10 % of the prepaid amount 6 to 3 days prior - Refund after deducting 30 % of the prepaid amount 2 to 1 day prior - No refund on the day of use (treated as absence or no-show)
