(Reservations through November (11) are accepted in advance, so please call.) * Time: Wednesdays, 2:00–4:00 PM * Other days and times can be arranged. * Inquiries: 010-3141-1582 * Lighthearted Forest – for firefighters and police officers Relieve stress by relaxing your body and mind in the forest, and take time to restore relationships and improve your quality of life. - Activities include forest trail walking, barefoot walking, forest exercises (movement therapy), forest games, singing bowls and aromatherapy, meditation, and tea conversations. - Activities may change depending on the weather and circumstances. - Participants: Firefighters and police officers - Fee: Free - What to bring: A towel (for after barefoot walking), drinking water, comfortable clothes for forest activities, and sneakers - Location: Healing Forest Trail around Achasan Eoullim Plaza - Inquiries: Achasan Healing Forest Trail 010 - 3141 - 1582 / Gwangjin-gu Office 02 - 450 - 7774 - Additional information There is no parking. Please use public transportation. The program may be canceled if there are fewer than 2 participants or due to weather conditions (high temperatures or rain). Closed on Sundays, Mondays, and national holidays. Program applications are accepted until 2 days before the start date / Cancellations are allowed until 2 days before. No-shows can inconvenience other users. If you cannot participate, please be sure to cancel. (No-shows may result in penalties.) Clay may remain on your feet after the clay-ball barefoot walking activity. Bring a handkerchief or wet wipes if needed. (Wet wipes and similar items are not provided to protect the environment.) 4.
