4 Important Notes & Reservation Guidelines 1 Please arrive at your scheduled time. 2 Unauthorized absences cause inconvenience to other participants. 3 To ensure smooth operation, please be sure to cancel your reservation if you will be absent. 4 If you are absent without prior cancellation, you may be excluded from future programs. 5 Drinking water is not provided, so please bring your own water. 6 Directions - Please refer to the directions section at botanicpark.seoul.go.kr. ※ The entrance to the Plant Culture Center Greenhouse is close to Yangcheonhyanggyo Station. Please use public transportation whenever possible. ※ Parking fees are not subsidized. 7 Operation details, courses, and times may be changed, shortened, or canceled depending on circumstances. 8 The program operates even in rainy weather. (We will contact you separately in case of cancellation.) ○ Park Usage Guide 1 The park is open year-round, but facilities are closed on Mondays. Winter Season ( 11 – 2 ): Ticket sales for the Greenhouse and Themed Gardens close at 4 PM, and exit is at 5 PM. 2 Stroller (under 36 months) and wheelchair rentals available – ID required – Plant Culture Center Information Desk 3 Admission Exemption: Seniors aged 65 and older, persons of national merit, and persons with disabilities (ID must be presented). Individual IDs must also be presented for senior citizen groups. 4 Discount: 30 % discount for groups of 30 or more
