4 Important Notes ※ Starting 1 2024 , if 2 instances of [No-show, Same-day Cancellation, or Issue Guest] accumulate, participation in the experience will be restricted for 2 months from the last experience date. [Notice Regarding Issue Guest] 1 If a guest engages in behavior falling within the scope of an Issue Guest, they will receive a warning once. 2 If the same situation recurs, the guest's participation in the experience will be suspended, and all experiences booked for that day will be cancelled. (The specific booking will not be processed as a same-day cancellation.) 3 If 2 instances of 'Issue Guest, No-show, or Same-day Cancellation' accumulate, participation in the experience will be restricted for 2 months from the last experience date. Scope of Participants with Issues ① Those who fail to concentrate on the experience or education and run or wander around other experience areas. ② Those who do not follow the guidance or instructions of the assigned mentor without justifiable reason and engage in behavior that disrupts the experience or education. ③ Those who engage in behavior deemed to potentially interfere with the experience or education of other participants. ④ Those who cause other participants to feel endangered, such as by shouting or throwing teaching materials during the experience or education. ⑤ Those who climb on structures or engage in behavior that may cause damage. [Precautions] 1 Entry is not permitted 10 minutes after the start of the experience. 2 Please be sure to write down the name and age of the actual participant. (The name of the reservation holder and participant will be verified upon entry.) 3 Parking fees are not reimbursed. 4 To cancel a reservation, please do so through the Public Service Reservation Portal. (Cancel is possible by clicking the number starting with a capital R under My Page - Reservation History.) 5 Duplicate applications or incorrect applications for the same time slot may be cancelled without notice. Please check the schedule when making a reservation. 6 . If you are unable to participate on the day, please request a cancellation in advance or by phone so that on-site registration is possible. 7 On-site reservations and entry are subject to the status of advance reservations, and entry may be restricted. 8 Bringing any food or beverages into the experience hall is prohibited.
