Program Overview 6 – 11 "Understanding, Comforting, Entering the Garden" Program *Excluding 8 Category Program Name Day & Time Target Audience Program Content Individual "Understanding, Comforting, Entering the Garden" Saturdays, 2,3 weeks, 10 AM– 12 :00 PM Couples who have been unable to conceive despite maintaining a normal marital life for over 1 year (Infertile Couples) Garden Prescription Program ㆍRelieves pregnancy stress and cares for mind and body ㆍRestores marital relationship ㆍBalancing body and mind while preparing for pregnancy ㆍSensory forest walk / Couple exercises / Singing bowl meditation / Aroma foot massage / Healing crafts (Oat hot pack or aroma plaster air freshener) ○ Target Audience: Couples who have been unable to conceive despite maintaining a normal marital life for over 1 year (Infertile Couples) ○ Enrollment Capacity: 10 people ○ Cancellation Period: Up to 2 days before the start of the program ○ Participation Fee: Free ○ Time: 10:00 AM– 12:00 ○ Preparations: Clothing suitable for forest activities, hat, Sneakers or hiking boots, drinking water, mosquito repellent, etc. ○ Location: Ujang Neighborhood Park Healing Experience Center ○ Directions: There is no dedicated parking space.
