Program Overview 6 – 11 "Understanding, Comforting, Entering the Garden" Program *Excluding 8 Category Program Name Day & Time Target Audience Program Content Individual "Understanding, Comforting, Entering the Garden" Saturdays, 2,3 weeks, 10 AM– 12 :00 PM Couples who have been unable to conceive despite maintaining a normal marital life for over 1 year (Infertile Couples) Garden Prescription Program ㆍRelieves pregnancy stress and cares for mind and body ㆍRestores marital relationship ㆍBalancing body and mind while preparing for pregnancy ㆍSensory forest walk / Couple exercises / Singing bowl meditation / Aroma foot massage / Healing crafts (Oat hot pack or aroma plaster air freshener) ○ Target Audience: Couples who have been unable to conceive despite maintaining a normal marital life for over 1 year (Infertile Couples) ○ Enrollment Capacity: 10 people ○ Cancellation Period: Up to 2 days before the start of the program ○ Participation Fee: Free ○ Time: 10:00 AM– 12:00 ○ Preparations: Clothing suitable for forest activities, hat, Sneakers or hiking boots, drinking water, mosquito repellent, etc. ○ Location: Ujang Neighborhood Park Healing Experience Center ○ Directions: There is no dedicated parking space. If you are coming by car, the nearest parking lot is the Gangseo Community Center parking lot (paid), but space is limited. We recommend using public transportation.
