❐ Yongmasan Healing Forest Path Garden Prescription Program (Senior Welfare Facilities) ♦ A Journey of Relaxation and Memories Over a Cup of Tea - Purpose: To alleviate stress and depression and promote emotional stability through forest and garden activities. To aid in cognitive stimulation and memory improvement through multi-sensory experiences and reminiscence activities. - Activities: Forest path walks guided by memories, nature crafts, health tea therapy, and sensory-centered ecological observation activities. ❐ Operating Period: 4 – 12 * The program is subject to change depending on the institution's circumstances. ❐ Target Participants: Senior Welfare Facilities ❐ Schedule: Every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday Morning Class: 10 AM – 12 PM, Afternoon Class: 2 PM – 4 PM (Schedules can be adjusted) ❐ Location: Yongmasan Healing Forest Trail in Jungnang-gu / Indoors of senior welfare facilities ❐ Application Method: Online registration via Seoul Public Service Reservation, Phone registration ->> Seoul Public Service Reservation Address: https://yeyak.seoul.go.kr After signing up) → Cultural Experience → Forest Leisure → Jungnang-gu → Yongmasan Healing Forest Trail ※ Phone inquiries and reservations; Forest Healing Instructor 010 - 8158 - 9627 , Parks and Green Spaces Division ( 02 - 2094 - 2394 ) / Schedule adjustments available by consultation ❐ Participation Fee: Free ❐ Preparations: Comfortable clothing and sneakers, drinking water, etc. ❐ Directions: Get off at Myeonmok Station (Line 7 ), Exit 2 - Take Village Bus No. 2 - Get off at the last stop - Refer to the map on Yongmasan Donghaeng-gil (takes about 20 minutes on foot) ✤ There is no parking available. Please use public transportation. ✤ The program may be canceled if there are 3 fewer participants or if it rains. (We will contact you if cancellation occurs) ✤ If you are unable to participate, please be sure to cancel at least 3 days prior to the scheduled date. ✤ Reservations can be made up to 3 days prior to the scheduled date of use. 4 Precautions ■ Activities are conducted under the guidance of a certified Forest Healing Instructor. ■ To prevent Ixodes scapularis ticks, please wear long pants and long-sleeved clothing to minimize skin exposure when participating in the program. After outdoor activities, be sure to shower or bathe and check your hair, around your ears, under your arms, and between your legs for any ticks. ■ Flammable materials and food are prohibited. ■ Unauthorized absences may result in being registered as a lapsed reservation holder, which may lead to disadvantages in future program participation; therefore, please consider carefully before making a reservation. ■ As a general rule, the program will proceed even in rain or snow. We will contact you separately if the program is unable to proceed.
