Recruiting Additional Participants for "Weaving Pieces of Seoul Stories," a Group Program for Elementary School Classes, Second Half of 2026 The Seoul Museum of Living History is organizing the "Weaving Pieces of Seoul Stories" program for 5 and 6 grade elementary school classes. This is an experiential program designed to help participants explore artifacts 1960 to 90 and understand the daily life and popular culture of Seoul through advertisements from that era. We encourage teachers interested in museum experiential activities to apply. □ Program Overview ◾ Program Name: Weaving Pieces of Seoul Stories – Stories of Living History Woven Through Advertisements ◾ Date: [Second Half] 12 2026 10 (Thu) 1 Session 10:00 ~ 12:00 ( 120 minutes), 1 a day (Educational content is the same for all sessions, apply for 1 session) ◾ Date & Time: ※ The start time of the education can be adjusted to fit school class times (however, within 9:30 ~ 10:30 ). ※ The education schedule and operation methods are subject to change depending on museum circumstances. ◾ Venue: Seoul Museum of Living History ※ This is an in-person (on-site) education program where you come directly to the museum to participate. ◾ Target Audience: Elementary school 5 ~ 6 grade class groups (approximately 20 students per class 1 session) ◾ Fee: Free ◾ Content: Exploring artifacts from 1960 to 90 in the permanent exhibition hall and understanding Seoul's lifestyle and popular culture through advertisements of that era, followed by an experience of creating advertisements that reinterpret the artifacts 02 □ Detailed Curriculum Related Subjects [ 6 Sa 07 ] Understand the lifestyle and culture that changed due to democratization and industrialization through examples. [ 6 01 01 03 Be able to relate and express sensory characteristics, feelings, and thoughts found in 02 or the surrounding environment. [ 6 Mi 01 ] Be able to discover new meanings by interacting with objects with a sensitive attitude toward the surrounding environment. [ 6 Mi 04 ] Critically understand the meaning represented by images and utilize them to convey feelings and thoughts. [ 6 Mi 02 - 02 ] You can explore various expressive materials and tools, such as digital media, and utilize them in the production of artworks.
