Saturday, 10:00; takes 4–5 hours - Participants: Saturdays in Weeks 1, 2: Families (ages 5–13), 8 participants Saturday in Week 3: Young adults (ages 17–39), 8 participants Saturday in Week 4: Adults (age 70 or younger), 8 participants - Program: A light walk along forest trails and activities for enjoying the forest Families (ages 5–13) (8 participants) Weeks 1,2 Sat 10:00–14:00 Course 1 Round trip (Center–Accessible Forest Trail Observatory) • Purpose: A healing outdoor activity for fully enjoying nature while walking slowly along forest trails • Main activity: Focus on walking the forest trail itself * Gwanaksan offers gentle slopes, well-maintained paths, streams, and other features that anyone can easily enjoy. • What to bring: Sneakers (trekking shoes), hat, sunscreen, small backpack, water, and food for the activity (packed lunch, snacks) Course 1 Adventure Forest Center–Accessible Forest Trail Observatory Course 2 Adventure Forest Center–Lake Park–Valley Forest Trail– Shelter 4–Samgeori Mineral Spring–Adventure Forest Center (Personal Option 1: Toward Yeonjudae; Personal Option 2: Toward Seoul National University Arboretum) Course 3 Adventure Forest Center–Healing Forest Trail Scenic Rest Area Gwanaksan Forest Breeze Trekking Young adults (ages 17–39) (8 participants) Week 3 Sat 10:00–15:00 Course 2 Round trip or Option 1, 2 (Center– Samgeori Mineral Spring) Adults (age 70 or younger) (8 participants) Week 4 Sat 10:00–14:00 Course 3 Round trip (Center–Healing Forest Trail Scenic Rest Area) - What to bring: Hiking shoes (light hiking shoes, walking shoes, running shoes, etc.), drinking water, snacks, small backpack, socks that cover the ankles, and, if needed, a jacket and hat - Inquiries: Forest Trail Hiking Guide 010-9789-6711 4.
