On the forest paths, slowly rediscover your breath, your steps, and your senses that you may have lost amidst your busy daily life. As you walk along the seasonal forest, touch the greenery, and awaken your senses, your body will feel lighter and your mind will find peace before you know it. Discover diverse programs by day of the week at Inneungsan, a forest where you learn how to rest well. * The location on your reservation confirmation differs from the actual program location (locations vary by day, please check!). * Please be sure to check the list of items to bring, important notes, and directions!! □ Program Details (Varies by Day) 〇 Dasibom Forest (Tuesday) Location - Starting point of Inneungsan Healing Forest Trail (Entrance to Healing Forest Trail, 415 Naegok-dong) Days & Times - Every Tuesday - Morning ( 10:00 ~ 11:30 ), Afternoon ( 14:00 ~ 15:30 ) - 1 Target Audience - Adults / Priority given to adults aged 65 and older who participate regularly Participants - Max. 10 Content - Light forest exercise (exercises using bare hands or small equipment) - Forest walking for body balance, relaxation breathing, relaxing and drinking tea 〇 Green Care Forest (Garden Healing / Wednesday) Location - End point of Inneungsan Healing Forest Trail ( 15 Naegok 27 ) Days & Times - Every Wednesday - Morning ( 10:00 ~ 11:30 ), Afternoon ( 14:00 ~ 15:30 ) - 1 each * Afternoon: Held only on weeks 1 , 3,5 Target Audience - Adults (Those capable of communication and forest exercise) Participants - Max 10 Content - Observation and care of plants in the healing forest, immersive activities utilizing plants (plant-based garden activities change monthly) - Forest walk, muscle relaxation stretching, relaxation breathing, tea time 〇 Green Energy Forest (Thursday) Location - Starting point of Inneungsan Healing Forest Trail (Healing Forest Trail Entrance, 415 Naegok-dong) Day and Time - Every Thursday - Morning ( 10:00 ~ 11:30 ), Afternoon ( 14:00 ~ 15:30 ) - 1 session each Target Audience - Adults (Those capable of communication and forest exercise) Participants - Max 10 Content - Walking in the forest with proper posture, invigorating forest walk, barefoot walking (conducted considering weather) - Body-stretching, relaxation breathing, and tea time 〇 Green Healing Forest (Friday) Location - Inneungsan Healing Forest Trail Endpoint ( 15 Naegok 27 ) Days and Times - Every Friday - Morning ( 10:00 ~ 11:30 ), Afternoon ( 14:00 ~ 15:30 ), 1 session each Target Audience - Adults (Those capable of communication and forest exercise) Participants - Max 10 Content - Sensory-stimulating forest walk, barefoot walking (conducted considering weather), sunlight relaxation - forest yoga (lymphatic stimulation), phytoncide relaxation, tea time 〇 Green Warm Forest (Saturday Morning) Location - Inneungsan Healing Forest Trail Endpoint ( 15 Naegok 27 dong) Days and Times - Every Saturday - Morning ( 10:00 ~ 11:30 ), 1 session Target Audience - Adult families (infants allowed, please verify eligibility below) Participants - Max 10 Content - Laughter therapy through forest play, forest walk - Six-Character Principle Breathing or Relaxation Breathing, Tea Talk 〇 Green Forest Staring (Saturday Afternoon) Location - Starting point of Inneungsan Healing Forest Trail (Healing Forest Trail Entrance, 415 Naegok-dong) Day and Time - Every Saturday, in 40 -minute intervals - Afternoon Session 1 ( 14:00 ~ 14:40 ), Afternoon Session 2 ( 15:00 ~ 15:40 ) - 1 session each Target Audience - Adults, families (Children must be able to immerse themselves in breathing meditation) Participants - Max. 10 people Content - Relaxation of body and mind through stretching for tension relief and relaxation breathing - Scenery rest and tea talk * On-site registration available □ Participants ⬝ Those capable of forest exercise and communication ⬝ Infants and elementary school students must be accompanied by a guardian ⬝ Those who understand and agree to safety precautions and usage rules □ Preparations: Please pack comfortable clothes, sneakers, water, a handkerchief, etc., in a light backpack. □ Important Notes ○ Program participation is by advance reservation. ○ The program may be canceled if there are fewer than 2 participants (individual notification will be provided in advance). ○ Cancellations are possible up to 1 day prior to the scheduled date. No-shows may result in disadvantages for future use. ○ There is no parking available, so please use public transportation whenever possible. ○ There are no separate restrooms provided, so please use public restrooms, such as those at subway stations, before the program begins. ○ The program may be canceled in case of rain or worsening weather conditions (individual notification will be provided in advance). ○ Actions that damage the forest, such as smoking, drinking alcohol, and loud singing, are prohibited. ○ Littering is prohibited within the forest; please take any trash you brought with you back with you. ○ The use of electronic devices, such as mobile phones, is prohibited during the healing program. Please follow the therapist's instructions. □ Directions 〇 Neungan Village ( 15 Naegok 27 dong) - Exit Yangjae Station through Exit 10 and proceed to the central bus stop near Seocho Culture and Arts Center. - Take bus 440 , 452 , 470 and get off at the Seoul Children's Hospital stop. - Walk for 5 minutes to 27 15 -dong, then follow the wooden stairs and walking path. 〇 Hongssi Village (Around 414 Naegok-dong; the meeting point is the villa at 415 Naegok-dong; the Healing Forest Path sign is visible after passing it). - Exit Yangjae Station through Exit 10 and proceed to the central bus stop near Seocho Culture and Arts Center. - Take bus 440 , 452 , 741 and get off at the Angol Village or Seoul Eonnam Elementary School (Middle) stop. - Walk for 7 minutes to the entrance of the Healing Forest Path at 414 Naegok-dong. 4 .
