Adult Program Operating Hours - Every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday: (Session 1 ) 10:00 ~ 12:00 / (Session 2 ) 14:00 ~ 16:00 Program Content - Scent Hunting, Diaphragmatic Breathing Walking, Sound Meditation, NASA Sleep, Gratitude List, etc. * Program content is subject to change. Reservation Capacity: 10 people per session ※ The program may be canceled depending on the weather, such as rain (heavy rain). Please refer to the attached file for the Forest Healing Program meeting location. 2 ) Children are not allowed, and activities will be conducted as a group under the guidance of a certified Forest Healing Instructor. 3 ) Please refrain from wearing perfume, strong-scented cosmetics, or brightly colored clothing. 4 ) As there is physical activity involved, please wear comfortable attire (hat, shoes, clothing, etc.) and prepare sunscreen and drinking water. 5 ) Please familiarize yourself with the route in advance and adhere to the program start time. 6 ) The program may be canceled due to weather conditions, such as rain. (Individual contact will be made.) 7 ) Unauthorized absences may result in disadvantages, such as restrictions on future program reservations. (Cancellations are possible up to 2 days prior to the date of use.) 8 ) The program content is subject to change depending on on-site conditions. 9 ) There is no parking available, so please use public transportation.
