Your reservation will be confirmed upon the dispatch of an official document. Gardening classes involve significant preparatory work, ranging from purchasing plant materials to maintenance. Reservations can be cancelled at least 15 days prior to the class date; cancellations are not possible thereafter. Please be advised that future reservations and registrations will be restricted in the event of a no-show (failure to attend the program without prior cancellation notice). [Refund Policy] Article 19 (Refund of Fees, etc.) of the Seoul Metropolitan City Urban Parks Ordinance: ① Admission fees and usage fees paid in advance may be refunded.
