Yongsan Family Park Community Garden Plot Allocation - Individual ※ Please refer to the announcement posted on the Seoul Metropolitan Government website and "Parks of Seoul" for details. 1 Application Period: Feb. 2, 2026.2.2 (Mon) 10:00 – Feb. 2.6 , 2026 (Fri) 18:00 ( 5 days) 2 Garden Location: Yongsan Family Park ( 185 , Seobinggo-ro, Yongsan-gu) 3 Eligibility: Seoul citizens interested in urban farming who agree to the terms of use for the Yongsan Family Park community garden 4 Allocation Quantity: Total 122 plots - 1 plot allocated 1 household - If duplicate applications by 1 2 more people from the same household are confirmed (via Resident Registration Certificate), the winning (allocation) will be cancelled 5 Allocation Price: 2 KRW / Plot 6 Garden Operation Period: 2026.3.21 ( 예정) – 11.29 ※ The opening schedule is subject to change depending on on-site conditions. 7 Selection of Allotments and Announcement of Results - Selection Method: Online automatic lottery (Seoul Public Service Reservation System) - Application Method: Apply via the Seoul Public Service Reservation website (yeyak.seoul.go.kr) - Lottery Date and Time: Feb. 12, 2026.2.12 (Thu) 14:00 // Lottery results will be sent via individual text message (only to winners) - *** Documents to be submitted by winners: Must be submitted to the Yongsan Family Park Community Garden Support Center by the allocation date ( 3.21 ) ① 1 copy of Resident Registration Certificate (for verifying duplicate applications by 1 or more people from the 2 household) ② 1 copy of Consent Form for Provision of Personal Information ③ 1 copy of Community Garden Operation Regulations (signed and sealed) ※ Documents are available at the Yongsan Family Park Community Garden Support Center. ※ Failure to submit may result in cancellation of allocation and disadvantages for future applications. 8 Note: Community gardens are assigned in reverse alphabetical order by name. 9 . Note: Failure to pay by the deadline will be considered as a lack of intent to allocate, resulting in disqualification. 4 .
