4 Important Notes [Operating Days] Applications for the experience program are available every Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. ※ Some days may be excluded depending on internal schedules. [Application Guide] Applications can be made from 9 AM 3 weeks prior to the experience date to 1 week prior. Example: Application for 9 1 (Mon): 2 weeks starting from 9:00 AM on 8 11 (Mon) Application for 9 9 (Wed): 2 weeks starting from 9:00 AM 13 8 3 ( 9 ) [Cancellation Fee Information] This experience program is operated in accordance with the "Nowon-gu Ordinance on the Establishment and Operation 2 Community Sports Classes," and refunds are processed according to the following criteria: 1 Cancellation prior to the experience date: Full refund if cancelled by the day before the experience date. 2 Cancellation on the day of the experience: No refund. 3 Full refund if the program is suspended due to circumstances of the operating organization, such as natural disasters or the instructor's situation. 4 Cancellations due to personal reasons (illness, travel, moving, etc.) do not qualify for a refund. 5 . If payment is not made within 24 hours of booking, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. 6 You can cancel your reservation on the Seoul Public Service Reservation website under My Page > My Reservation History. [ Visit Guide ] 1 If visiting by car, please park at Suraksan Public Parking Lot ( 155 , San, Sanggye- 20 ). After parking, look for the sign near the Surak-Hyu dedicated parking lot and visit Surakjeong (the building with the black tile roof). 2 Parking at Suraksan Public Parking Lot is free for 4 hours 1 1 day. A fee of 150 KRW 5 minutes will be charged if you park again after exiting or if you park for more than 4 hours. 3 The Surak-Hyu dedicated parking lot is available only to Surak-Hyu guests. Please be careful as parking on the nearby roadside may result in unannounced enforcement. [ Please Read Before Experience ] 1 Please arrive at Surakjeong 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time for a smooth process. 1. Due to on-site safety concerns, entry is prohibited 10 minutes after the start of the experience. Refunds are non-refundable, and the full cancellation fee will apply. 2 For your safety, please follow the instructor's directions carefully. 3 Children under the 4 grade of elementary school are restricted from participating in the normal experience. 4 In the event of severe weather conditions that may compromise user safety, such as heavy rain, snowfall, or strong winds, the program may be suspended at the discretion of the instructors. The decision regarding suspension due to weather conditions will be made one day prior to the scheduled date and notified via text message. While no cancellation fee will be charged, rescheduling to another date is not permitted.
