4. Precautions ※ Reservations may be canceled up to 2 days before the scheduled date of use. (No refund if not canceled) ※ Only registered participants may take part in the program. Unregistered companions cannot participate, and accompanying guardians should wait in the 1st-floor lounge or another waiting area. (However, 1 companion may enter for infants, young children, people with disabilities, or others who require assistance) ※ Since this is a group program, participants bringing young children are asked to assist with supervision and safety management so the class can proceed smoothly. ※ Please arrive on time out of consideration for other participants. (Entry is not permitted more than 10 minutes after the experience begins) ※ If you qualify under the experience fee reduction criteria (see attached document), please submit supporting documents. - No reduction will be provided without supporting documents.
